Vibrate wont go away

I go into settings to change sound settings from vibrate to sound on...phone goes back to vibrate even after I fill in "never" circle. Is it a bad app

Yes, it may be a new app that you have to change settings for. I can't remember the name...a freebie app from Amazon that opens a new screen from the bottom.....and my phone is useless since I refused the update and can't get it to factory reset....so I can't check the app name for you. Yes, I had the same problem though. Easy to fix.
