Vibrate is Dead

had the TB since it came out. got all the quirks out and was really loving it

two days ago, the vibrate stopped. did battery pull, Verizon did safe mode boot. very bummed as i need vibrate in meetings etc.

they want to give me a new phone but 1) dont want to loose all my customization and 2) dont want refurb

has this happened to anyone? ideas? thx

Same thing happened to my Tb today. If I tap the phone against my hand it will vibrate for a second though. Going to pull it apart and see if it has a bad contact.
