Viamici problems

have enconter an problem with my Viamici. I allways get the:

There is a problem with determinig your current position. In order to fix the GPS position make sure that the sky is visible (you should not be in a building).

when im trying to set my firts "pinpoint". It dosent matter if I use different pictures or have an strong GPS-signal.

Do anybody have any solution for me?

I´ve got an answer from the developer by e-mail and the solution helped:

What accuracy is shown on the screen? Please try to disable networks location provider and leave only GPS enabled. On HTC Desire, there is a bug that an application get network location provider as the best instead of GPS, thus maybe on HTC Legend this bug is also present since these two phones have been launched simultanously
