Verizon Voicemail Password

I'm just wondering if any other Verizon users are having trouble accessing their voicemail. Every time I call and type in my password it keeps saying incorrect password. I reset it twice already and still nothing.

I switched to youmail. Works way better and app retrieves messages for you.

I'm going to give Youmail a shot. I read through the permission listings. Though most looks ok for what the app does...have you seen any concerns with privacy on it i.e. the app sending your voicemails to other companies, etc...
