Are you asking about the 24.13.2 system update that came out a few days ago? If so it was a minor maintenance update from Verizon.

It is that update I noticed it changed the share picture messages from the gallery GUI a bit I am trying to see what else it changed

I think the Gallery changes happened with the Motorola Gallery app update that came out today. I have had the system update since Friday and did not have the new Gallery share options until one hour ago when I updated the Gallery app. The system update only fixed a bug with emergency calls from the lock screen.
