Verizon Update Crashes Visual Voicemail

The lastest Razr update from Verizon caused my visual voicemail to crash.

I have to re-subscribe, accept and log in everytime I use visual voicemail.

Called verizon 3 times and went to the store.

They are sending me a new one.

Why pay for VZW visual voicemail to begin with? Google Voice works pretty good.

Its easier for me since it is a business phone.

It must not be a widespread issue.
