I dont think Sprint allows unlocked phones on their network -- please correct me if I'm wrong.

No you cannot unlock it to work on sprints network,

Subsidy locks aren't relevant to CDMA devices anyway. CDMA devices are flashed from one carrier to another (if the carrier is willing to do so).
