There are several wifi tether apps available on the play store, but unfortunately they will not function on the Verizon LG G3. No worries a clever XDA member has hacked the native Verizon Wirelesss hotspot app for the LG G3 to work without provisioning. You will need to be rooted in order for this to work. The method is pretty simple you will download a moddified hotspot file and replace the original file with the new one and then reboot. The only annoying thing about this is that it does require you to change your wifi tether password each time you turn it on. For the apk download and full instructions head to the link below.
