Verizon has been rolling out a new update for their variant of the Galaxy S4 to build VRUEMJ7. If you are not willing to wait on this update to reach your Galaxy S4 no worries developer "Open1your1eyes0" has uploaded a full untouched manually installable update.zip pulled from /cache/fota. If you flash this update you are pretty much guaranteed to lose root, so if you are interested in root I would stay away from this update. The new modem has also been made available as a TWRP flashable zip. Head to the link below for the downloads.
