Verizon doubles minutes used on forwarded calls?

I have my work AT&T phone set to forward work calls to my Verizon number. I just want to know, if a call comes in during what would normally be "free" time (after 9pm weekdays or 24x7 on weekends) is it still a free call or does Verizon charge me extra for forwarding these calls?

Nights and weekends are free. I've never been charged for 3 way conferences or call forwarding.
