Verizon app manager spam or useful?

I have read it should be Uninstaller. It advertises things like candy crush but I thing it may pop up with hints and tips for your phone when you go into notifications it lists many different types of notifications to turn off
Is there anything useful about this app?

The app reminders is what seems to give advertisements i turned it off and I will watch if what seems like spam about apps stops

I don't see this app listed on my phone. Not that I'm complaining.

I have Verizon. Interesting. I did check all System apps, and it wasn't listed. How do you find a Hidden app?

Not all phones have that app. I am 99% sure that Pixels do not. It's probably an agreement between Samsung and Verizon.

I don't think there is such a thing as "hidden" apps. I think you mean it's a System App and to see it you have to select the "Show System Apps" option when viewing the list of apps.

It's not "spam", it's just a preloaded app by Samsung and Verizon. Preloaded is not spam. If you don't want to use it... disable it. Easy. Simple. If you find later you do need it...enable it. Easy. Simple.

It is not a spam since it is a preloaded app and you can disable it if you want.

It is spam, since it is adware installed on your device without your knowledge or permission. And while you can disable it, it can reactivate itself at a later date. Today will be the third time I've disabled it on my phone.

Welcome to the forum. What are you using to disable it. Package Disabler Pro will disable and keep it disabled.
