Various Issues

Besides sending texts to the wrong person every third or fourth text that I send, this phone has been fine. A few days ago, my work email, personal email, and marketplace all just stopped working. The work email (outlook) won't load anything; the personal email will only update when I go into it and click refresh; and my marketplace says "Market needs background data to be enabled." My GPS on my Maps app will never find my location (always says it is unavailable at this time) and the internet cuts in and out so I have to go to Settings / Wireless & Networks / and disconnect then reconnect to the Mobile Network.

Also, when I connect my phone to my computer, it has never been able to use the VZ software (always freezes) and I cannot put my pictures or videos on to my computer, I really need to do this before I get a new phone but do not know how to get all of my media files to my computer without emailing each separately.

Any ideas? I am thinking I should get a new phone.

Root it or change your rom

not sure what change your rom means, and I didn't want to root because it voids the warranty.

Does anyone have any ideas about any of these issues...

Then don't use the Verizon software. There is no actual need to install any of it. Just mount it as mass storage and then open the drive up and select the folders you want and copy and paste.
