Just got a Thunderbolt (left behind my Blackberry) and I am horrified to realize that for my corporate exchange email I am only able to bring down the last 3 days of email and I cannot access the exchange global address list (GAL) while in email. I have been able to access the GAL from 'People,' but that doesn't do me a whole lot of good when I am trying to forward an email to someone that is not saved in my personal contacts list.
Does anyone have any solutions to these problems? I am loving the 4G speed and the other functions of the phone, but these are HUGE shortcomings as far as using this device for my work email. Help!
