Global Address Book Access

Just recently recieve a Thunderbolt to set up for exchance sync. That work fine. Email, contacts and calender seems to be working without issue. However, I can't utilize the corporate global address feature. Some of the forums I ran across recommended an app to act as a replacement. I am not interested in that. Silly me I think the phone should work that way is it intended. When I try to search the directory it says "Oops there was a problem with the the network please try again."

Keep in mind I am able to send and recieve email and access the internet.

Has anyone run into this issue and found a solution?

Is it not working or you cannot find it? Tap PEOPLE>tap the globe at the bottom of the page>COMPANY DIRECTORY.

That's how I get to mine, hope this helps...

No I am able to get to it, and select it. But when I attempt to search anything, it doesn't work. Depending on how I access it, you see the grapic come up for search and quickly go away.

This is true when I assess it via "People" as you suggested, or while creating an email from the exchange account.
