Validation issue when downloading ICS

I have tried probably 10 time to download ICS. Everytime I do, it goes through to 100%, then is says verifying download. After about 2 minutes it stops and says INFO-trouble validating update, please try again later. Any ideas what is going on with this? I have taken off several apps, rebooted phone. I don't want to do a factory reset. Am on phone, waiting on tech support, but thought you guys might have the answer. Very frustrating, my wifes brand new Maxx loaded right up, and she is not enjoying it. She just doesnt know what she has. Any help is appreciated.

Just had the same problem on my sisters phone. Hate to tell you but factory reset fixed it. Hopefully they have another answer for you. Good luck.

They had no real answer for me, after holding for about an hour. Said they have heard this issue but no resolution. I did a factory reset (ugh!!!) and I have downloaded ICS and now am in the middle of installing it. Thanks for your help.
