I have a stock razr with normal apps, and go launcher. I got my official OTA update this morning, when I download it, it say "can not validate, please try again" whats going on. anyone else have this issue?

To fix this issue, you need to do a fdr and try again. My wife's maxx did that this morning.

semi noobe here I have the same issue - what is a fdr? I tried the download both ota and wifi and got the same meesage

Im having same problem, it gets all the way 2 100 % & then it says verifying update, then theres a box that says " couldn't verify update ". There's got 2 b another way besides doing an fdr, i really don't want 2have 2do that, pleze help?

okay guys so this didnt work for me while i was at work. while i was driving home i thought "what would happen if i rooted my phone again?"

cause i un-rooted my phone in preparation for the update. So i got home, rooted my phone and started downloading the update. This time it worked!!! so try to root your phones and its possible that it will work!!

Do not try the FDR or the FR first -- at this point the folks at Motorola have the OTA fixed! Got get it! (menu>settings>about phone>update>etc...)

Yep, moto is reporting a fix already in place. So try to pull it now.
