usb/wired tether

anyone having an issue with it not working at all? using stock kernel atm but didn't work with any others so far. also on the latest (1.3.18), didn't work the previous version or 2 if i remember correctly.

Wireless tether works great. I just assumed everyone uses that.

What app are you using to do usb tethering? I generally use the one from google code (version 1.4), and it works fine for me.

yeah, using the same one, plus tried the system tether app and no go wit that. funny that yours works, i wipe before a new flash every time, guess ill try that again though. when i try to start it it says "unable to start tether, pleas try again" something or other :/

also, cant do wireless tether cause i dont have the hardware for that on my comp
