USB mode not working...

Okay, so I updated to the latest update for the phone and now cannot connect via usb to transfer files. Please, anyone know how to change usb settings?

Plug phone into pc then bring down notification bar and choose usb then choose mass storage then ok should get a mot drive and sdcard if u have one.

I am having the same eproblem, when plugged into PC or laptop using different cables is comes up as USB Device not reconized. Help

Just trying to help no need to be hostile, lots of people are unaware of the modes. Also you should get the latest drivers for motohelper.

are you using the motorola cable? they did something to the pairs so you must use a moto cable or similar structured cable. they switched two pins for data i believe.

It is now working, I turn off debugging and then just turned the phone off, hooked it back up to the computer and is is now reconized.
