I have a note3 and trying to connect my lexar s23 jumpdrive 64gb usb 3 memory stick. I have bought the usb 3 otg cable to connect the lexar to my note 3 to transfer and play files. When I connect the lexar I get a message saying 'SD card damaged'. It also says try reformatting the card. Firstly it's not a card and secondly the lexar works fine in my pc and I have tried both formats of exFAT and ntfs with the note 3. I have tried a usb 2 memory stick and it works fine. Anyone else had a similar problem that has been fixed.

The lexar S23 is USB 2.0 compatible. Have you tried rebooting and then connecting it to your tab?

Yes and still the same, not working. I was wondering if my otg lead is not a true usb 3 lead as usb3 uses 5 pins and usb2 uses 4 pins. The otg lead I have has only 4 pins in the female socket??
