Hi, I'm new to posting on this site (visit it often for help) so I apologize if this has been covered but I could not locate a thread with this exact problem.
I recently purchased a used Droid a855 from a private party. The phone was working fine but one day I began receiving a message saying that my SD card was corrupt. I selected to format the card but kept receiving the same message. I tried using and adapter to read the card on my computer but it did not recognize the card. I decided to purchase a new SD card with more memory. I purchased a Lexar 8GB Class 6 sd card. When I load music onto the card and then put the card in my phone I notice the phone lags severely at first and then completely freezes.
Could this be an issue with the phone or could it be the SD Card? Did I purchase the wrong SD card?
Thanks for any help!:motdroidhoriz:
