I'm not sure where they are getting the 4G average from. Maybe I'm in a less congested city. But even traveling I average around 15 up in areas like Chicago or Indianapolis.

Yes, those numbers are correct. And that is 3g not 4g because 4g does not work

Well ty very much for the point made on my battery.

Your tone via text comes across harsh at times.

And yes, it is running on 3g. I had to call and have them change it via customer service.

Also note, I have a S7 which means I do not have the option to go from 4g to 3g on my phone. So naturally, it is not going to reflect 3g, it will say 4g since it cannot be changed.

And I can prove that, however I do not wish to call and have them swap it over ot is a hassle.
