Upgrading Question

Hey,
I have 1.5 and it's recommended that i do a complete wipe before upgrading. My question is this: How do i restore my settings and things of that nature after upgrading? I'm not talking about the individual programs, rather ... in the case of a game (for example) - if i've beaten a certain number of levels, how do i restore that information after i've upgraded?

For things like games, I use Titanium Backup Pro. It's indespensable.

Can't tell you how many times I started over with angry birds until I figured that one out.

Angry Cheaters will also do that for you. I used to backup and restore my Angry Birds scores manually until I discovered it.
