Updating Rom?

How can I update my current Rom Blurry Maxx v3.8 to Blurry Maxx v4.1. Can I just update my current Rom or do I have reinstall the new version from scratch?

Its is a patch. Just install it over current rom and wipe cache and dalvic. I would stick to 3.8 though. 4.1 and up have some issues that need to be worked out.
