Update won't install when using SPRecovery

I flashed my droid with SPrecovery and now the systems updates won't work. How do I manually install the the system updates or how do I make it so SPRecovery will allow the installs?

Do you want your droid to become unrooted? If so, you can probably download rom manager (free) and use it to flash CWRecovery which then _might_ allow the stock OTA UNROOTED update to flash on your phone.
