Samsung Fascinate Update 2.2

Everyone has been saying mid Oct for the Samsung Fascinate Update 2.2. But now that it is Nov what is the new Party Line? Let me guess mid Nov.

I don't know. They tried updating the droid x but everyone who received said it screwed up their phone so they had to pull it. My hires would be november or december. On another note the Iphone releases next year for sure.

It's much lighter than my Droid 1, the screen is amazing. It fits nice in the hand and I can wait for 2.2 to get rid of Bing...Overall I've very pleased.
Oh yeah...and I can hotspot now.

how are you doing the hotspot? everything i find you need to root the phone... to do it for free

In order to use hot spot free you have to download a tether application from the market . However tethering only works when your phone if plugged into your computer. You can't use hot spot wirelessly for free. Does am anyone know how to use the fascinates front facing camera?

Must have been a "trick" cause there wasn't any "treat". "Somewhere out there, out where dreams come true......" Sounds better when Linda Ronstadt sings it, but anyway, "someday my update will come..." sung by me but it sounds awful!
