Update to 2.3 makes keyboard freeze

Anybody having issues with this? If I hit the period button on my phone, it locks up and stays on screen until I reboot the phone - I cant even use it now because its gonna screw up yet again - How can this be fixed

So I just downloaded a new keyboard app and seemed to work. Looks like its isolated to the stock keyboard program. No more freeze ups and other bull****. Damn 2.3...all buggy.

If you want to use the stock keyboard... Go to settings, applications, manage applications, select "ALL" then scroll down to Multi-touch Keyboard open it and select "Clear Data" ... This will erase any of the settings for the keyboard, but it will start working again! Good Luck!
