None that I know of aside from Verizon directly. I have used that site before and it worked perfectly. $6 is a steal though.

^^^Used them for my backup phone(unactivated) ^^^

Just got off the phone with Verizon global. I called for the unlock code for two of my active DROID3's and let me say that I would have rather paid to unlock them thru unlock4moto.com . It took 5 different reps and almost an hour to unlock them.
