Unlock pin screen missing

How do i find the sim network unlock screen for my droid hd, does it even exsist.
I have a sim from consumer cellular i am trying tu use, wen insert the simd i get mesage (this sim card is from an unknoun source, is posible to use this phone some were else other than verizon.

Does it have a carrier logo on it somewhere? Like Verizon on the front bottom?

Most likely from Verizon network doesn't ask for for sim network unlock code. That's why even you try to insert non-compatible sim card it will not ask.
