I cant find this icon in the icon legend on the phone or online anywhere.

It's a phone, facing down, with 5 dots underneath it in the shape of a W.

it's directly to the left of the 3g icon. could it be from an app? sorry for the ****ty picture. my coworker had to take it with his ****ty iphone

The closest I could find is the icon that indicates the phone is on speaker. Google this

it was the TTY icon

which is under SETTINGS ==> CALL SETTINGS

Does anyone else see a black, what looks like a battery icon, to the right of the regular green battery indicator in the status bar, with what looks like a check mark in it? It's between the battery icon and the time.

It is for your alarm clock. Turn off your alarm and it goes away.

lol yea I barely use the alarm since Im up at around 4:30 everyday even if I don't want to.. so I was like wth is this lol

It is misleading icon. I did come to rationalize that it is supposed to be a analog wall clock where the time is reading about 11:10, but still a poor choice.

lol yea, Im 42, and it looked nothing like an analog clock to me. Looked like a box with a check mark or VZW logo ..

Haha, I've woken to the travel clam shell type so often I recognized it right off...sad.... So sad, lol but once you get it, its like the cut out signs... You cannot not see their intent
