unable to send or receive mms

Hi all.
I don't know if anyone can help. Bought my first smart phone gs3 2 weeks ago. I have only just realised I can't send or receive picture messages. Have tried turning off WIFI to send off mobile data - no luck. Hava also disabled automatic retreval to download manually on message screen - still no luck.
Any other ideas?

Hey if you bought the phone and unlocked for another provider then you would have to call your provider because it has something to do with the frequency. I had the same problem and it works perfect now

Thanks for that! I phoned orange but have still have a problem
My phone looks like and uses the same android opperating system as a 3s,but is not made by samsung (bought it off ebay its
Called a 'Byte - spectacle 3)
Acording to orange I need to find out what settings my phone needs and get orange to send me the relevant update. May prove to be a difficult task.
Anyone got any ideas, has anyone got this Phone?
Please help! This is the only problem I've had so far!
