unable to flash roms....

Hello everyone...I have a Droid RAZR xt912, 4.1.2...3.0.8. Rooted with safe strap 3.11. I've tried flashing some ROMs and for some reason it says successful install. The thing is that when I reboot it just keeps looping start up. Nothing happens. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

^^ This. If you are not wiping Data/ system (whatever the ROM calls for) then it will boot loop all day.
