Phonegeek, PLEASE use this instructions in the sticky I referred you to rather than any other methods you come across (especially videos). We've seen lots of problems coming from people who improperly unroot their phones.

What are you running? Are you on a custom ROM? If not just use Z4 root and click "unroot"

Yes use z4 to unroot and never restore a backup from a different system version. Once you're on the official update you can't go back to other versions.
