Ultimate Droid?

Hey guys , Ive never modded any phones in my life. But the Ultimate Droid seems pretty amazing almost surreal to me, and id LOVE to install it safely. So could someone Pretty please explain to me Step by step from beginning to end, how to install the Ultimate Droid onto my new droid phone? Id greatly appreciate it. Oh and How do I delete Apps' from my screens?..... Thank you very much in advance!

There are step-by-step instructions posted in the hacking threads. You will want to start off by rooting. Once you do that head back over to the ultimate droid threads for instructions on how to flash sprecovery, back up your phone, download roms using Rom Manager, etc. It is pretty well laid out.

Oh and to remove icons or widgets from your home screen, press and hold it and drag it down to the trash icon....release

Backup is provided in the app Rom Manager. Has a button that says Backup Current Rom
