do any of you mind posting specific install instructions...thanks. i'm assuming if i use my nandroid of stock rom/rooted/deodexed, wipe data/cache i should be ok. should i go to the point of formatting data/system/cache. thanks again

Heres what i did.

Download the file
Put file onto root of sdcard
renamed to update.zip
used bootstrap to reboot into clockwork
wiped data
apply update.zip
waited (2mins)
once done installing
wiped cache
rebooted
waited (5mins)
Enjoy

hmmm. i cant send a picture. giving me a error. i can attach it, and it converts and when i click send it fails out.

My buddy didnt believe i got it working so i wanted to send a pic and it wouldnt send. i can send a text, and make phone calls, just cant send a pic.

Also seems to be no USB support?

I did it on the 2.3.15. but i dont see why it wouldnt work on .320. just make sure you do the wipe data/system. problem before was the corrupt file

I know the one he currently has up is ~97 mb so it's not the same file, i think this is the very first one he put up, but apparently when he edited it to make the update.zip smoother, it actually borked the whole process, something along the lines of that. Thanks for link ^^

other than not being able to connect to a computer and send a picture. everything seems to be working great!

maybe another bug?

Trying to do the change your boot animations. doesnt seem to be working. on my third attempt. phones just stays at the M logo and doesnt move. waiting 5-10minutes and nothing. had to pull the battery and reboot. booted back up just fine with original animation.
