Oh cool : ) I am fascinated with these things as well. Here's some more "strange" and unexplained things for you too look at. Ufo's are in ancient art. Strange beings and astronauts are depicted.Stuff like that has always fascinated me Cereal. I don't know how many people are bible believers, not the point, but in the bible even John had visions of these giant "creatures" but if you read of how they are described, they match perfectly to modern day aircraft. I think the people from then, through some form or another, did see visions of future technology. I mean you cannot really argue those depictions on the wall.
This is over 3,000 years old.
You will see a Helicopter and other futuristic craft.
This says to me that somewhere there was once an advanced prehistoric civilization. Big question is was it here on our planet.
The Abydos Helicopter & The Golden Section
The news reports that those UFO's were actually white balloons that escaped an engagement party.

Exactly the story I'd use if I wanted to hide the existence of extra terrestrials.
You know what frustrates the crap out of me with this stuff? And I'm sure this is just me, b/c I'm cynical to a fault...
Things like the Abydos helicopter - I can find just as much info supporting the idea that the images are NOT "futuristic" images. Then I'm stuck with the question of what in the world do I believe? I wasn't there when it was first dug up, so how can I really know one way or the other? Only so much research can be done, and when there is legitimate evidence on both sides, how does one judge?
That's pretty much a constant struggle my mind goes through.I guess, because of that, I tend to try and live by the mantra, "In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity." That applies to my theological studies, but I think it can apply to most areas of life. Some things, I guess, we'll just never really know...

You have to suspend this notion that we are the most intelligent and technologically advanced form of life in the universe.
You also have to rethink everything that you were taught to believe. We may not be the most technologically advanced civilization that inhabited the earth.
