Txt messages for Email

I dont know how to fix it but i get text messages for my emails for hotmail. And i've been having this since for a while and does anyone know how to fix it???

Im not sure what your asking but if your asking to disable it then all you should do is reply STOP
it usually works like that? Let me know if it worked
