Hotmail Email issue

1st of all let me just say hey from Ct. My issue is with Hotmail acct. I am on my 2nd phone and for some reason my Hotmail either does not come in on Fascinate or it is delayed for hours. I can check it on web but not on email icon. I ahve made 3 trips to Verizon. EG.. right now my last email is from yesterday But i have 6 emails from last night that didnt come through on phone. Help please its annoying
