Twitter For Android Can't Find Location

I can't post an update using Twitter for Android unless I'm outside where the phone can get a GPS signal. This makes it pretty useless. I have the "add a location to your tweets" unchecked on my Twitter account. I tried asking Twitter "support" but their response was basically, "that can't be happening."

I've reinstalled the Twitter for Android app multiple times, and it still does it.

Any ideas?

I'm in the same boat ever since the latest update of the Twitter app. It is basically useless since leaving on the gps or turning it on to tweet is more battey consuming and annoying.
