Tweaked theme and apps

Hey justjack, I installed the 928 theme and it looks great! Quick question though, I'm having forcecloses on my gmail and heytell accounts. Any ideas?

Nevermind on the gmail issue. Fixed it with a quick clear data under manage apps. Thanks for the good work!

I updated my theme with the new FACEBOOK and BLACK MARKET!!!!! Check it out!!!!

and i put 2 different galleries in this app for those who like the 3-d gallery better... just delete what apps u dont want

check to see if you have mms.apk in ur /system/app folder.... if so delete it

I tried deleting the mms.apk using Androzip, it said "system restriction delete failed". Do I need a different file mgmt?

probably...most use RootExplorer.... but its 1.99 and im cheap, so SuperManager is free and works and it even has themes...



did u mount the system as R/W before deleting? i should of asked that first

I did not mount system. -Through terminal em? How do I do that?

there should be a script in gscript to remove the mms.apk

but yes use terminal

I know i hated it overlapping the lock screen...!!! so heres how to get that

heres my framework-res.apk and heres the Music.apk......
put the Music.apk on the root of ur sdcard and using terminal(assuming ur on Squids rom) type the following

su
switchmusic

and ur done....


now adding the framework....
put the framework-res.apk on the root of ur sd card and type the following

su
sys -rw
cp /sdcard/framework-res.apk /system/framework
sys -ro
reboot

it may freeze up before u type sys -ro but thats ok when it reboots ur done:icon_ banana:framework-res.apk:icon_ banana:

:icon_ banana:Music.apk:icon_ banana:


remember to capitalize where capitalized... and lowercase where lowercased or it will result in dup apps and not work


remember also to do a back up first. justin case~


and i take no credit for anything... these are things that ive found and modded to my own likings and hopefully to your likings(if thats even a word)
