tv-out options

Is DLNA the only option for TV-Out? My HDTV does not have DLNA and purchasing the hdmi to dlna adapter is expensive ~$150 (HTC Desire Z Media Link DLNA Adaptor DG H100)

I was hoping you could hook this phone up using a 3.5mm audio to composite RCA cables (like the Samsung Galaxy/Captivate) or micro usb to component/hd.

I know the Evo has that feature. I believe it uses the USB.

I know for the Samsung infuse u.can use a mini usb to hdmi coverter and it works great. Tried it on the gf's phone. But i know they are programmed to have that. Might work if u get that coverter. I think they are like 30 bucks though. Idk if u want to make a $30 gamble on it working or not though lol
