Phone was at 58% when I picked it up this afternoon. Fairly light WiFi usage this afternoon getting it fairly set up put it at 20% 5.5 hours later.

I put it on the turbo charger for 15 minutes and it charged to 34%.

I'm skeptical on the 48 hours claim. Fast charging seems decent. Will have to see how it does over the next few days.

I don't know about you but 15 minutes is supposed to give upto 8 hours. So 15 minutes increased you by 14%. There are 6 eight hour periods in 48 hours. The math is 14 * 6 = 84%. You were at 20%, so seems to me that 48 hours of "mixed use", is quite reasonable.

I believe the numbers are based from 0-x. The lower your battery charge the faster the charge is. I don't think 80% to 90% is as fast as 10%-20%, for instance. Could be a factor in their claims.

Actually I would bet that any level below 75% - 80% would rapid charge at the same rate. Charging fast at the top of the charge cycle would stress the battery and reduce its lifespan too dramatically.

Charging near the top of the battery cycle increases the overall life of the battery with normal chargers. It will be interesting to see the data on rapid charging vs normal charging in regards to the lifespan of the battery.

I've seen that video. Seems weak but I wonder if that phone is "2.0"...

I let it get to 3% today. 15 minutes on turbo charger only got 10%... Full charge only lasted me 24 hours. Feeling disappointed.

That's actually good with a new device. When we get new devices, we tend to use them a bit more simply because they are new. Over time, you'll notice an increase in battery life due to it not being used as often.

I went to 13% in only 14 hours yesterday, wish I could remember screen time but Still a long way from 48 hours. When I unplugged this morning I showed 99%.
I am thinking of using my charger that came with RAZR Maxx, now there was a battery!!!

Does anybody know if it is recommended to run the battery down to 0 before charging once or twice? I know some other batteries suggest this. I couldn't find anything in the User's Manual about this.

Can you use a regular charge for the car? What about charging using your computer? Naturally it will be slower.

You can definitely use regular chargers.... As you stated just slower charge time ⌚..
And running battery to zero not needed IMO... Just use your phone and charge it around 15% or so mark.. Or just charge when possible and use phone... These batteries are pretty good now a days.. You will get rid of a phone before they start to diminish
