trying to get on an https site and it locks up the phone

I have looked on this site for some assistance but I can't find anything that helps me and isn't a year old. I am trying to get to my work email site and I get logged in but I can never get to the messages or anything else. I would believe that if this has been an issue for more than a year there has got to be a work around or something??????????? Any ideas????
