Trouble with Broodcomb v4 for GB .596

I just downloaded the Broodcomb v4 from rom manager. Greeat looking Rom. I can not get to my settings though. The message pops up "This application not installed" Any answers?

Google drew garden or go to him thru rom manager. There is a zip file called settings. Dl to Sd card, no wipes. Done.
