Tried To Get Rid of Bloatware, Cannot Add Contacts

Rooted my phone a while ago and tried to speed it up a bit by getting rid of pre-installed applications that I'll never use[e.g. Twitter, ect.] Apparently just removing the system files won't get rid of them. I don't remember all of the files I removed, but now the Contacts app won't work right. I don't think I did too much damage though because I got Twitter to disappear, and the contacts storage is the only thing I have a problem with. Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the apps pre-installed on the Droid 3 or an easier way to fix this mess I put myself in?

I recently did the same thing. How do you get the yahoo programs back? I downloaded all the yahoo stuff on the market but still not working.
