Trick to getting Facebook pictures to sync?

What's the trick to getting peoples FB pictures to show up in my contacts? This wasn't this hard with the Moto Droid!

Ok, it just randomly starting syncing. But it's synching EVERYONE that I am friends with on FB. Any way to fix this?

I don't know, but I don't think so. Although I also don't see the point in getting rid of it either.
