Transferring contacts to Exchange?

Hi.. New Droid X here..

Verizon moved over existing contacts from my old phone to the droid x using their magical backup assistant.

But I've just hooked up an Exchange account, and I'd like to move those contacts over to Exchange so that the magic synching process can occur.. Is this possible?

Are you also hooked up to a Gmail account? If so your contacts should all be in there now too. Export from GMail to a CSV then import into Outlook via CSV - Viola

Nothing in gmail.. I guess that means that the contacts are on the sd card? Does that leave us with any options?
