Touchdown was retrieving emails fine, now its not

suggestions? it was syncing fine. My last email in Touchdown email was received on the 9th. There are more messages in my Outlook, but my phone is not getting them.

Another thought would be that your Outlook is getting messages and tagging them in some way that makes your phone no longer consider them retrievable.

By default, Outlook will pull the messages off the server, which means they're no longer available for your phone to retrieve them. When I leave work, I specifically close Outlook so I can get the mails on my phone.
If it was working fine before, and nothing has changed, how long has it been since you rebooted your phone? I have to reboot mine every 2-3 days or I start having funky syncing issues, and/or my data just quits working entirely.
