Touchdown Signature

I am test driving Touchdown for my Motorola Droid and have a couple of questions before I buy. The signature area is extremely important to my office e-mail. I am required to have a lengthy signature by the Internal Revenue Code. Is there a character limit on Touchdown's signature.

Second, I have multiple subfolders in my inbox. Will I be able to view those folders in the touchdown app.
