I've done a quick scan, and didn't see mention of this on the D3 forum (though some are already using PdaNet for wired/USB tether -- this is different).
Android tablet owners: PdaNet has a tethering app that is free and does not require root. I've tried it with my D3 and Transformer and can confirm that it works (follow the instructions carefully!). I've been using PdaNet via USB with my laptop, but the PdaNet Tablet app works specifically with Bluetooth when pairing your phone with an Android tablet -- note that you need the specific tablet app (not the standard PdaNet app) running on both devices:
