Thunderbolt or Droid 3?

Which one is honestly better and why?

I'm coming from a D1 so the keyboard on the Droid 3 seems pretty nice (but I'm sure I could adjust to a phone w/o one)

if you're upgrading with "your new every two" or whatever it is, and you're extending your contract another two years, id say go for the droid 3 if you don't care about 4G, and if you do care about 4G, don't get the thunderbolt lol wait another couple of weeks for the droid bionic. I say this because the thunderbolt only has a single core processor, whereas the droid 3 and droid bionic both have dual core processors, making them both much better phones, especially if you know you can't get another phone for two years.

If you're upgrading off contract (no 2 year extension) check out cowboom.com. I saw (used) thunderbolts on there for $249 the other day, which is a pretty decent price considering that they go for that much on a contract at verizon.
